  1. 2017 Soldier Ride

    July 21, 9:00 AM @ Babylon Town Hall

    On Friday, July 21, 2017, the Town of Babylon will host the 10th Annual Wounded Warrior Soldier Ride. This event is a 25 mile bicycle ride through the Town of Babylon to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, Suffolk County United Veterans and support service members who have been injured in the line of duty and their families. The route begins at Town Hall in Lindenhurst and ends at Overlook Beach on Ocean Parkway. A community picnic will take place at Overlook Beach upon ride completion. Since 2008, over $800,000 has been raised for the Wounded Warrior Project and local veterans as a result of this event. Online registration is available at www.soldierride.org/babylon.   2. Community Blood Drive

    July 25, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Babylon Town Hall

    On Tuesday, July 25th, Babylon Town Supervisor Rich Schaffer, Suffolk County Police Commissioner Tim Sini, and the West Babylon Main Street Organization will be hosting a Community Blood Drive at Babylon Town Hall. All donors will receive a pair of Mets tickets to a 2017 home game. Refreshments will be provided by 7-Eleven. For eligibility criteria and more information, see flyer or call 1-800-688-0900.

    July 27, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM @ Farmingdale Village Hall

    On Thursday, July 27th the Governor's Office of Storm Recovery will host a meet and greet with the GOSR Suffolk County Project Liaisons.
