NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The TOWN OF BABYLON Commissioner of General Services will receive sealed proposals for

REJECTED - BID #10G43
STEEL: HOT MILLED STEEL ANGLES, RODS, BARS, STRIPS, SQUARES, ETC.  

until 10:00 a.m. on THURSDAY, AUGUST 12, 2010 at the Town Hall, 200 E. Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, New York, 11757, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office. No bids will be accepted after 10:00 A.M. on the date of bid opening.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED.  Do not remove any pages; all proposals are to be submitted intact.

The contract documents may be obtained at the Town Hall Purchasing Department between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. daily except Saturday, Sundays and Holidays on and after, THURSDAY, JULY 29, 2010.
