[ARCHIVED] Babylon Officials Honor Girl Scout Gold Award Recipient

Babylon Town Supervisor Rich Schaffer recently joined with his colleagues on the Town Board to recognize Girl Scout Alexandra Donnelly for receiving the Gold Award at a ceremony held at Deer Park Fire Department. Alexandra is the daughter of Babylon Town Councilman Tom Donnelly, who celebrated his daughter’s achievement alongside her mother Lisa and sister Adrianna. Amanda, Alexandra’s sister, could not attend due to being away at college but sent her congratulations. Also in attendance were Deputy Supervisor Tony Martinez, Councilwoman Jacqueline Gordon, Receiver of Taxes Corinne DiSomma and Town Clerk Carol Quirk. The Gold Award is the highest honor given in Girl Scouting.
