Babylon Town Supervisor Rich Schaffer joined with Deputy Supervisor Tony Martinez and Councilman Tom Donnelly to honor Thomas Michael Lucev of Lindenhurst for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest honor in the Boy Scouts organization. A Court of Honor ceremony was held for Thomas, a member of Troop 104, at American Legion Post 94 in Babylon. For his Eagle project, Thomas replanted a garden at William Rall Elementary School in Lindenhurst and also installed two benches in memory of two students who had passed away.
