The Town of Babylon would like to remind all residents and businesses that property owners, tenants and occupants are responsible for clearing snow and ice from their sidewalks within 4 hours after the snow stops falling as per Chapter 191 of the Babylon Town Code. This is vitally important to protecting the safety of our residents and keeping our walkways safe.
