[ARCHIVED] TOMORROW NIGHT - "Inside Buffalo" Screening, Q&A with Filmmaker


Join Councilwoman Jacqueline Gordon tomorrow night (Tuesday, March 3rd) for a special educational viewing of "Inside Buffalo," which tells the story of the 92nd Buffalo Division, the all African American segregated combat unit that fought in Italy during World War II. This very special event will take place at Town Hall, 200 East Sunrise Lindenhurst. Seating starts at 6:00 PM.

Following the film, Councilwoman Gordon will be joined by filmmaker Fred Kuwornu, actor Christopher Greene, Brigadier General George A. Jones, and Shani Bruno, Ph.D, Professor of Africana Studies at Nassau Community College for a panel discussion of the film and field questions from students and veterans in the audience.
