Town of Babylon Councilman Tom Donnelly recently joined with Councilwoman Jackie Gordon to congratulate Patrick Gracey for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts organization. Gracey donated his time and resources to beautifying the Copiague Youth Center by planning and supervising the repainting of the kitchen area, refurbishing the floors and donating two six-foot folding tables and supplies to the center with the remaining donation money. The council members presented the new Eagle Scout with an official town proclamation and thanked him for aiding an important organization in the community.
