[ARCHIVED] New Eagle Scout Honored by Local Officials

Town of Babylon Supervisor Rich Schaffer recently joined with Suffolk County Legislature Presiding Officer DuWayne Gregory to congratulate Justin Leeb of West Babylon for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest honor in the Boy Scouts organization. A Court of Honor ceremony was held for Justin at East Farmingdale Fire Department on Conklin Street to mark the occasion. For his Eagle project, Justin constructed and installed two green fly traps at the Cedar Beach dog walk and golf course. Additionally, Justin conducted a beach cleanup the morning of the installation at Cedar Beach.
