Tax assessment Grievance Day is Tuesday, May 21st, 2013, when all grievance forms must be submitted. For more information on how to grieve your taxes, please click here.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on this day from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Town Board Room at Babylon Town Hall, located at 200 East Sunrise Highway in Lindenhurst. You are not required to attend this meeting to file a grievance.
Completed grievance forms will be accepted starting Wednesday, May 1st, when the tentative roll is available for inspection.
