Homeowners who suffered damage from Superstorm Sandy and were unable to submit a Sandy Damage Report before the March 15th deadline should submit a grievance form on grievance day. Proof must be provided that the home was in a damaged state as of March 1st, 2013.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 21st day from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Town Board Room at Babylon Town Hall, located at 200 East Sunrise Highway in Lindenhurst. You are not required to attend this meeting to file a grievance.
Completed grievance forms will be accepted starting Wednesday, May 1st, when the tentative roll is available for inspection.
