[ARCHIVED] Local Officials Welcome Sunny Side Farmers’ Markets to Lindenhurst

Town of Babylon Deputy Supervisor Tony Martinez recently joined with Suffolk County Legislator Kevin McCaffrey at the Lindenhurst Village Gazebo for a ribbon-cutting ceremony welcoming Sunny Side Farmers’ Markets to the Town. Throughout the summer and fall, Sunny Side will operate a farmers’ market at the gazebo on Saturdays from 9AM to 2PM. The market is sponsored by the Lindenhurst Chamber of Commerce and will feature fresh produce, baked goods, breads, honey, cooking demonstrations, family activities and more.

Deputy Supervisor Martinez presented Sunny Side with an official Town of Babylon proclamation and wished them well with their business ventures.

The Lindenhurst Village Gazebo is located at the corner of North Wellwood Avenue and East Hoffman Avenue. For more information, residents can visit www.SunnySideMarkets.com.
