Gamma Labs, located in West Babylon, was recently named to Inc. 500’s list of fastest-growing businesses in the nation.

Town of Babylon Supervisor Rich Schaffer recently joined Deputy Supervisor Tony Martinez on a tour of the Gamma Labs facility located on Alder Street in West Babylon. Gamma Labs, which manufactures athletic performance supplements and drinks, was recently named to the 2016 Inc. 500 list of the nation’s fastest-growing companies. CEO Cliff Morgan guided a tour around the facility that included marketing, operation, and sales offices as well as storage and manufacturing space.

Inc. 5000 releases an annual list of the fastest-growing businesses in the United States, with an elite list of the top 10% of these companies receiving a ranking on the Inc. 500 list. Gamma Labs, which reports its 2015 revenue at $8 million, received a ranking of 416 on the list. Its rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over a three-year period.

“Cliff and his team at Gamma Labs are a model example of local economic development—creating a great product locally, employing local residents, and successfully utilizing the national and global market for promoting their product,” said Supervisor Schaffer. “We are honored to have this company here in the Town of Babylon.”

The team behind Gamma Labs, which was established in 2004, consists of real athletes who use the products every day and who are committed to developing safe, effective, all-natural supplements. The company continues to relentlessly pursue research and development in health and wellness products.

Supervisor Schaffer presented Cliff with an official Town proclamation to congratulate Gamma Labs for its achievement. For more information on Gamma Labs and its products, visit www.gammalabs.net.
