Thank you to the Lindenhurst Memorial Library who hosted a clean-up at Venetian Shores Beach. Plenty of volunteers of all ages came out bright and early on a beautiful Saturday morning to help and it was well worth the effort. Over 10 bags of debris were picked up off of our beaches! The event was organized by the library’s Program Development Assistant, Sara Fiorenzo who worked with the Town of Babylon’s Parks and Recreation Dept. and the Beautification Program to make this a success.
