Town Board decides risk of COVID-19 transmission too high
The Babylon Town Board has announced that the town’s five pool and three spray park facilities will remain closed for the summer of 2020 due to concerns about COVID-19. View the official report that includes a letter from the Town Board and information about individual facilities.
Concerns about social distancing, a lack of face masks in and around the water and staffing issues were some of the main issues discussed by the Board and the town’s Parks and Recreation Department.
