Ribbon cutting for Little Library in Wyandanch Park

Hoping to inspire and encourage young readers in the community, the Suffolk County Chapter of the Jack and Jill of America, Inc. recently donated a Little Library to Wyandanch Park to be enjoyed by many. President Kathryn Simmons and Committee Chair Chemene Pelzer were joined by Jack and Jill moms Dr. Marie Desverieux-Padilla, Dr. Michelle Richards, Retha Fernandez, Linda Frederique, dad Rene Padilla and a few of the J&J kids to celebrate as the ribbon was cut.

Councilman DuWayne Gregory, SC Legislator Jason Richberg and TOB Beautification Director Viscel Moore were on hand to thank them for their thoughtful contribution which is sure to make a positive impact in the years to come.
