[ARCHIVED] John F. Kennedy Elementary School Students Honored for Volunteer Efforts

Town of Babylon officials pictured with Happy to Help Club.

Supervisor Rich Schaffer, Deputy Supervisor Tony Martinez and Councilman Terry McSweeney were at John F. Kennedy Elementary School in West Babylon to thank the Happy to Help Club and present them with Certificates of Appreciation for their continued volunteerism of cleaning up their community over the years. Most recently, the Happy to Help Club worked with the Junior Beautification Ambassadors of the Beautification Program to clean-up 17th and 18th at Straight Path and Anthony Sanchez Memorial Park in West Babylon in recognition of Earth Day.
