What recourse do I have if an application is denied by the Zoning Board of Appeals?
Any person aggrieved by a decision by the Zoning Board of Appeals, or any officer, board or bureau of the Town, may apply to the State Supreme Court for review by an Article 78 proceeding. All such actions must be commenced within 30 days of the decision under contention. Residents may wish to consult a private attorney regarding such action.
