Can I obtain property information from the Town of Babylon?
All property information requests can be made through the Town Clerk's Office as a Freedom of Information Request (FOIL). Requested information can include the name and address of the property owner and complaints filed against that property, surveys, certificate of occupancy (COs), permits, plans, etc.

Note: A property owner can request property information directly from the Department of Planning & Development's Building Division for property they own. They must show proof of identity. Certified documents can also be requested, but can take up to two weeks to prepare.
